Inspirational Quotes Awaken
That Which Sleeps Within Us

What are inspirational quotes and how do they act upon us and affect what we do? Is inspiration something that lives within us all the time, or does inspiration act to awaken those parts of us that slumber within? Inspiration can come at any time and in many forms, some very simple and others very subtle or complex. We can be inspired by people around us, things that we hear, places that we visit, things that we read and many other event that stirs the inner workings of our spirit and make us pause and reflect.

Inspiration can come in many forms such as religious, spiritual quotes, prophetic statements or plain inspiring wisdom. The beauty of inspiration is that it is a constant and unstoppable force that is always with us, whether we choose to see it or not. Once inspiration touches us and triggers those magical moments within us, it moves along to touch others, either on its own or as a result of things we do or create because we were inspired. Inspiration is a wave of energy that builds upon itself as it moves along. To be inspired is perhaps one of the most fulfilling sensations we can experience as children of God.

Perhaps the moment that inspiration strikes is the moment that the skin of life is peeled back, and for the brief instant, we can see what’s underneath and understand the magnitude and the wonder of what is waiting out there beyond us. It is the instant where hope and vision collide and give us eyes that can see where once there was nothing. It is the feeling that washes over us as we sense the limitless possibilities awaiting us.

EVERY path may lead you to God, even the weird ones. Most of us are on a journey. We’re looking for something, though we’re not always sure what that is. The way is foggy much of the time. I suggest you slow down and follow some of the side roads that appear suddenly in the mist.
